The company operates with a staff strength of over 100 specialists and factory premises of 25,000 sq. ft. in Aurangabad, Maharashtra (Total land Space 2 acres). Till date, the company has commissioned façade projects measuring 3 Million sq. ft.

Further, this is to inform you, that we have expanded our productions capabilities, with additional set up of fully automatic, and robotic, imported machineries, from Germany, and we have many unitized glazing proposals (including few International projects), under closing for this financial year, so we are expecting 40 – 50 Cr. Turnover this financial year, and so we are highly optimistic, about the future going forward

Headquartered in Pune, India, Glaziers Façade is one of top turnkey façade contractors in the country. The company operates with a staff strength of over 100 specialists and premises of 25,000 sq. ft. in Aurangabad, Maharashtra (Total land Space 2 acres). Till date, the company has commissioned façade projects measuring 3 Million sq. ft

• We have facade labor team (400 to 500 labor personnel -15 team of labor contractors)
• All aluminium structure work shall be fixed at site such as (mullion, transom & bracket fixing) in case of Semi Unitised system and in case of Unitised system, the same shall be done at our (Aurangabad factory)
• All sash cutting, fabrication, glass glazing at a factory (Aurangabad factory)
• Two nos. site supervisor, One no. site & One no. site design engineer.
• Project completion pried – 4 To 5 Months.
• All aluminium 6063-T6 Alloy (Jindal/Bhoruka & Sapa) With Test Certificate shall be provided
• Coating- Jotun/Akzonoble & Authorized Coating Company (JK/Unique/Ahura)-With Test Certificate shall be provided
• Anchor pool out test & certificates-shall be provided
• Silicon sealant & spacer tape with test certificates-shall be provided

Our USP is as follows for your kind considerations :

1. Track records of completing 100% of projects received by us 100% of the time. It’s rare virtue in this field, and you can check our track records with regards to this.
2. Factory Set Up – We have state of the art, modern factory located in Aurangabad. The company operates with a staff strength of over 100 specialists and premises of 30,000 sq. ft. in Aurangabad, Maharashtra (Total land Space 2 acres). With the machine set up as under, we can produce close to 100 nos. of system windows per day (Total of 2500 Sq ft of windows production per day).
3. Windows are designed, fabricated and installed to withstand the design wind pressure speed as required by client from site to site. We do, unitized glazing, with our fully automatic & robotic unitized glazing machinery from HAFFNER MAKİNA SAN VE TİC A.Ş, Germany, (only 2-3 such machines exists in India, currently), and it’s possible to fabricate for us, 40-45 Unitized Glazing Panels, per shift, totalling a production of 250-325 Sq. Mtr of glazing. Till date, the company has commissioned façade projects measuring 3 Million sq. ft.
4. We did projects Pan India basis and we had worked extensively Pan India basis. Glaziers Façade’s Indian clients include the Times Of India, Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, ACG Associated Capsules, Atlas Copco, Amanora Town Centre & Office Chambers, Imperial Mall, Coco-Cola, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Mall De Goa, Hotel Sayaji, Mantri Vintage Club House, Gera Imperium 3, ITC Tiruchirapalli, Gera’s Song of Joy, Pride World City, Netsurf Technology, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.; Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Godrej & Boyce, Topband Chakan Pune
5. INTERNATIONAL PROJECT – We have just finished the prestigious, the New Supreme Court Building, at Port Louis, Mauritius 1,25,000 Sq Ft (INTERNATIONAL FACADE PROJECT under execution). The items covered in the project includes ACP Cladding (49000 sq ft)), DGU Unitised systems Glazing (56000 sq ft), automatic Glass Door, Louvre, spider, railing and punched windows. 6. Please note that we have had an average of Rs. 26 Cr turnover since past 3 years. Further, we have expanded our productions capabilities, with additional set up of machineries, and we have many unitized glazing proposals (of higher ticket size projects in Glazing based on our production capabilities) (including few International projects), under closing for this financial year, and so we are highly optimistic about the future going forward, we are expecting to touch Rs. 40 Cr to Rs. 50 Cr turnover coming financial year i. e. 2021-22.
