Aluminium Mullion Section (7.25 kg/12ft), Transom Section (3.55 kg/12ft), Sash Section (1.38 kg/12ft) with Colour Anodizing / Powder Coating, 32mm x 32mm x 2mm thick aluminium angle for transom & Mullion joint, 50mm x 50mm x 2mm thick aluminium angle for Mullion to Mullion joint, 75mm x 65mm x 60mm x 6mm thick M.S Hot dip Brackets, S.S. Anchor Fastener (10mm x 100mm), S.S. Nut Bolts (10mm x 100mm), EPDM Gaskets, S.S. Toggle plate 10mm x 24mm x 3mm thick, G E / Alstone / D.C. 995 Black structural silicon, G E /Alstone / D.C. 789 Black weather silicone, & all necessary hardware etc.
Glass: 6mm thk. Saint Gobain makes Saphire Green Reflective Toughened Glass.

2- We have facade labor team (70 to 80 labor personnel -10 team of labor contractors)
3- All aluminium structure work shall be fixed at site such as (mullion, transom & bracket fixing) in case of Semi Unitized system and in case of Unitized system, the same shall be done at our (Aurangabad factory)
4-All sash cutting, fabrication, glass glazing at a factory (Aurangabad factory)
5-Two nos. site supervisor, One no. site & One no. site design engineer.
6- Project completion pried – 4 To 5 Months. (Project of the size approx 50000 Sq Ft)
7-All aluminium 6063-T6 Alloy (Jindal/Bhoruka & Sapa) With Test Certificate shall be provided
8-Coating- Jotun/Akzonoble & Authorized Coating Company (JK/Unique/Ahura)-With Test Certificate shall be provided
9- Anchor pool out test & certificates-shall be provided
10-Silicon sealant & spacer tape with test certificates-shall be provided
